01Services

What we take on.

Pick the one that fits, or describe it in your own words and we’ll point you the right way.

  1. 01

    Roof inspections

For buyers, sellers, after a storm, or simply because it has been a while.

A walk of the roof and, where we can get to it, the attic below. You receive photos and a plain-language summary of what is fine, what to watch and what needs attention now.

  2. 02

    Storm & hail damage

Documented inspection and a written damage report you can hand to your insurer.

After wind or hail, damage is often invisible from the ground. We inspect the whole roof, photograph what we find and write it up. The claim decision belongs to your insurer; our job is to make sure it is well documented.

  3. 03

    Roof repair

Leaks, missing shingles, failed flashing and worn seals, fixed at the source.

Most leaks start at a penetration, a valley or a piece of flashing. We look for where the water is getting in rather than where it shows up on the ceiling.

  4. 04

    Roof replacement

Full tear-off, new underlayment and new shingles.

When a roof is past repair, we take it down to the decking, replace any boards that have gone soft, and install the roofing you chose.

  5. 05

    Gutters & drainage

Gutters, downspouts, guards and drip edge, so water leaves the way it should.

A roof only works if the water gets away from the house. We repair and replace gutters and downspouts, fix pitch so they actually drain, and install guards where leaves are the problem.

03How it works

Three steps, in time.

  1. 01 / 03

    Inspect

We walk the roof and, where we can, the attic. Every finding is photographed so you see what we see.

    The quote

Scope, materials, schedule and price, so you can decide.

  3. 03 / 03

    Build and walk through

The work is done to the scope you agreed, and we walk through it with you at the end.

06Questions

Asked often.

Don’t see yours? Ask us directly.

01Do I need a new roof, or can it be repaired?

It depends on the age of the roof, how much of it is affected and what is underneath. We inspect and talk you through which option makes sense.

02What happens during an inspection?

We walk the roof and, where we can reach it, the attic; we photograph shingles, flashing, penetrations, ventilation and gutters; and you get a written summary of what is fine, what to watch and what needs attention now.

03Do you work with insurance claims?

We document storm and hail damage with photos and a written report, and we can meet the adjuster on site. Whether a claim is approved is your insurer’s decision; we make sure it is a well-documented one.

04How long does a roof replacement take?

It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the material and the forecast. Ask for a schedule with your quote.

05Will my yard and landscaping be protected?

Ask us how the yard and landscaping are protected during tear-off, and how the debris is hauled away.
